في حال ظهور رسالة الخطأ: انتهت صلاحية جلسة العمل السابقة غير المنتهية وهذا قد يحدث لعدة أسباب مثل... يمكنك تجاوزها باتباع الخطوات التالية: على الأغلب ولدى معظم المستخدمين: اذهب إلى قائمة الأدوات من الإكسبلورر ثم تتبع الخطوات المبينة ادناه
Tools ==> Internet Options ==> Privacy ==> Advanced button ==> "Always allow session cookies" ticked
أغلق المتصفح ثم افتحه من جديد، وإليك هذه التعليمات في حال استخدامك لمتصفحات من نوع آخر
